online programs:

Once purchased, all online programs are non-refundable. You will have lifetime access to each course including all materials provided.

Workshops:

There is a non-refundable 15% deposit for any workshop up to 3 weeks prior to start-date to ensure you have a spot. Full payment is required at this 3 week mark to secure your place for the event. Any cancellation up to 5 days prior to start-date will be refunded 50%. Cancellations 4 days or closer to start-date will not be refunded.
